The Six D's
Discuss
We get to know you and your project needs.
The first interaction with you consists of us helping you write a brief so that we can understand the requirements for your project.
The brief consists of important questions such as your business, objectives, goals and your target audience. The more information you provide will help us deliver the best results for your project.
After you’re happy with what you’ve told us we’ll go away and meet with key members of the team to discuss your brief and undertake a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats). This allows us to analyse if your project is right for us and what we can do for you.
If your project meets our values and we’re happy that we can deliver what you need, we’ll construct your brief into a Brief & Budget Guide document. This highlights what you’ve told us, our availability and a budget range.
We’ll ask for you to review this document and if you are happy to approve… we’ll proceed to the next step.
