Paradise Wildlife Park engaged with us to modernise their e-commerce website which become outdated and not efficient enough for internal administration. Paradise Wildlife Park’s leading strapline ‘Discover the Fun’ wasn't portrayed on the original website, it lacked excitement and the overall fun feeling that you'll definitely experience when visiting the park wasn’t shown.

What we did
With ‘Discover the Fun’ in mind it was crucial that their customers experience ‘fun’ when visiting the website. We carried out extensive research into identifying the most popular attractions and experiences to make them stand out. We also wanted the UI to represent ‘fun’ and this was achieved by applying a ‘wildlife’ theme onto the website using a nature colour pallet and sporadically injecting wildlife elements. It was important for internal staff that the website was simple to administer and allowed them to extract useful reports. A bespoke built calendar provided a clear snapshot on upcoming bookings and multiple advanced exports on orders, coupons and gift aid gave staff insights into trends and preferences for future marketing considerations.
