The arc is a management consultancy designed to work with independent agencies and SMEs focusing on their growth and exit strategies under a lens of wellbeing. Adam Rubins, the management consultant at The Arc, is a well known and highly respected specialist who’s on a mission to support people and companies through their journey to never lose sight of who they are, what they want and why they need it.
Adam was introduced to us by Andrew Bloch off the back of MWB building a fantastic website for him. Adam’s brief was for the team to build a professional website that showcases The Arc’s services, brand identity and proud achievements throughout their time in business.
Firstly, Adam required a holding page ensuring his clients could contact him while work was being carried out on his new site. Meanwhile, the Web team got to work by creating wireframes to produce a skeleton framework. Once complete, we tapped into The Arc’s brand guidelines, using these elements to produce an effective user journey.
The next stage of the build was moving into the development phase. We built the website from the ground up using Wordpress and a variety of functionalities to power the content management system. The form consisted of two user choices, 1. ‘Reason to contact us?’ and 2. ‘Where did you hear about us?’ - These form options gave The Arc the power to know exactly what their customers need before speaking to them and where their website visitors were coming from.
Since the launch of the new website, The Arc’s repetition has grown and most new enquiries are now through the website.
